Shipping and pickup

We pack boards in antistatic bags and a stiff mailer. Cells go in a separate sleeve. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day leave the same evening, by India Post or a local courier depending on the pin code.

• Shipping is a flat charge, and it drops off once the products cross the free-shipping line on the slip.
• Counter pickup from Line Par, Shankar Garden, is free. Put "pickup" in the note. Pay on the slip anyway so we can close it.
• Pins in the islands and Ladakh can take a week. The slip shows the status once the desk marks it shipped.

Prices on the site include GST. The receipt splits the tax out.
