Terms and conditions

These terms cover a purchase from Circuit Momo on this site, and a pickup from the counter at Line Par, Shankar Garden, Bahadurgarh, Haryana 124507. They were last updated on 1 November 2026.

Placing an order means you have read them. If you are buying for a company, you confirm that you can bind that company to the slip.

When the order is accepted

A product page is an invitation to order. It is not a promise that the last piece is still in the drawer at the moment you click. The contract starts when we accept the slip: when the payment is recorded, or, for cash on delivery, when we mark the slip to pack.

If a line is out of stock after you have paid, we cancel that line and refund what you paid for it. We do not substitute a different part unless you have agreed in writing.

Prices and tax

The price on the card is the selling price, and it includes GST. The receipt shows the tax portion separately. A compare-at price, when one is shown, is an earlier selling price of that product on this site. It is not a claim about another shop.

A quantity deal applies only when the cart meets the quantity written on that product. It is not combined with a private discount unless the desk has written that discount on the slip.

Shipping, when it is charged, is the flat amount shown before you pay. It drops off when the products cross the free-shipping line shown at checkout. Counter pickup has no shipping charge.

We may correct a price that was an obvious mistake, such as a missing digit, before the slip is accepted. If we do, we tell you, and you can cancel for a full refund of anything already paid.

Payment

UPI. Transfer the slip total to the VPA shown on the payment page and enter the UTR. We match the reference in the morning. If the transfer does not land, we cancel the slip and the stock goes back to the drawer. We do not debit your account ourselves.

Card. The page records the payment on the slip. It does not send the card to a bank. We store the last four digits only. The full number and the CVV are not kept.

Cash on delivery. Have the slip total ready with the parcel. We hold the stock for that slip. Pickup orders should be paid on the slip before you come to the counter.

A cancelled slip that was paid is refunded the way it was paid.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders in before 2pm on a working day, Monday to Saturday, leave the same evening. After 2pm they leave the next working day. The carrier is India Post or a local courier, chosen for the pin code.

Counter pickup is from 4pm at the address above, once the slip is paid. Put “pickup” in the note so we do not hand the parcel to the courier.

Boards are packed in an antistatic bag and a stiff mailer. Cells go in a separate sleeve, shipped at about 3.8 V per cell, not full. The 2S and 3S packs leave with the power connector fitted. Polarity is marked on the heatshrink. Check it before the first plug.

Pins in the islands and Ladakh can take longer than a city pin. The slip shows the status once the desk marks it shipped. Risk in the goods passes to you when the courier marks the parcel delivered, or when you take it from the counter.

Cells

LiPo and Li-ion cells are energetic parts. Read the handling note on this site before you order a pack. After the parcel is in your hands, charging, storage, and use are yours. A cell that is swollen, punctured, or warm at rest must not be charged, and it must not be posted back in ordinary mail. Write to the desk first and we will tell you how to deal with it.

Returns

Unopened modules can come back within 7 days of delivery. Write first so we know a parcel is coming, and pack it so the part cannot short or bend in the post. We do not refund the shipping you already paid on the way out.

These stay with you:

• A cell that has been charged.
• A board with flux, a soldered header, or a missing protective film.
• A part you have cut, programmed, or fitted into a device.
• A parcel you refused without writing first, where the courier has already charged a return.

If we sent the wrong SKU, or a part that was dead on arrival and still in the state we packed it, we pay the return and we either ship the right one or refund that line. Tell us within 7 days, with the slip number and a photograph of the part and the packing.

A refund is sent back the way you paid, after the part is on the bench and has been checked.

Title, and what the parts are

Title in the goods passes when the slip is paid in full. Until then the parts remain ours, including a cash-on-delivery parcel that has not been paid.

These are components, not a finished appliance. You are responsible for the circuit you build, the firmware you flash, and the use you put a cell to. A sentence on a product page is a description of that part. It is not a design sign-off for your install.

Accounts

You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in. Tell us if you think someone else has used it. We may close an account that is used to place slips with no intention of paying, or to abuse the desk.

Liability

We are liable for a part that was not as described, and for a refund we have agreed in these terms. We are not liable for loss that follows from how a component is used after it leaves the bench: a board damaged in your assembly, a cell charged outside the handling note, or a missed reading from a sensor in the field.

Nothing on this page limits a right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or under any other law that a shop notice cannot set aside.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bahadurgarh, Haryana, have jurisdiction. That does not take away a right you have to file a consumer complaint where the law says you may file it.
